Pluriverses
This series is a continuation of "Offerings," wherein I made photograms using traditional offering substances. Here, however, I simplified the gesture into one central heap.
The word “pluriverse” was introduced into the discourse of micro-history by my friend Martin Schaffner, who in turn derived inspiration from the philosopher-psychologist William James. Similarly, in Buddhist cosmology there are multitudes of Universes beyond conception.
